Graded moong is conditioned and soaked in controlled water ratios to soften the husk and prepare the grain for dehusking.

Step 6 — Dehusking

The soaked moong is processed through dehusking machines to remove the outer green skin cleanly without damaging the grain inside.

Step 7 — Pulse Roll (Splitting)

Dehusked moong is passed through pulse roll machines that split the whole grain into two equal halves to produce moong dal.

Step 8 — Separation

Split dal is separated from unsplit whole grains, husk remnants, and broken pieces using sieves and air classifiers for clean output.

Step 9 — Sortex

Polished dal is passed through an optical sortex machine that detects and removes any discoloured, damaged, or defective grains automatically.

Step 10 — Quality Check

Every batch undergoes a final quality inspection for purity, moisture content, colour, and grading parameters before dispatch to buyers.

Step 11 — Packaging

Packed in hygiene-controlled conditions in food-grade bags of 25kg, 50kg, or custom sizes to ensure freshness and long shelf life.
